Every payment on Betsare goes through M-Pesa on the number you registered with. Deposits come from it, withdrawals go back to it, and there is no other destination to choose — which is what keeps your winnings going to you.

How to deposit
- 1Sign in and open Deposit.
- 2Enter an amount from KSh 10 to KSh 150,000, or tap one of the quick picks.
- 3An M-Pesa prompt arrives on your registered number. Enter your PIN to approve it.
- 4Your wallet is credited as soon as M-Pesa confirms the payment.
No tax is taken off deposits, and your first deposit of the day earns a free bet worth 15% of it.
How to withdraw
- 1Open Withdraw and enter an amount.
- 2Confirm with the code we text you. It is valid for 10 minutes.
- 3The money is sent to the M-Pesa account on your registered number.
Limits
- Minimum deposit: KSh 10.
- Maximum deposit: KSh 150,000 per transaction.
- Minimum withdrawal: KSh 100.
- One withdrawal request every 3 minutes.
When the money moves
A withdrawal leaves your balance the moment you request it, before it is sent to M-Pesa, and comes back only if the payout fails. A deposit works the other way round: your balance moves once M-Pesa confirms the payment, not when the prompt is sent.
If a payment is stuck
If the prompt never arrived or you cancelled it, nothing was charged — start the deposit again.
If money left your M-Pesa account and your balance did not move, wait a few minutes for the confirmation to land, then send support your account ID and the M-Pesa message.
