What we hold about you, and why.

Last updated 28 Aug 2026

What we hold

Your account details: your name, mobile number, country and the currency your wallet is held in.

Your activity: deposits, withdrawals, bets, wins, bonuses and the balances that follow from them.

Technical records made as you use the site: the device and browser you use, and the times you sign in — kept to keep the account secure.

Anything you send us: the messages you send support, and what you tell us when you prove your identity.

Why we hold it

To run your account — to take a deposit, settle a bet, pay a withdrawal and show you your history.

To meet the law: gambling, anti-money-laundering and tax rules require us to identify our players, keep records of their transactions, and report where we are required to.

To keep the service safe: to spot fraud, duplicate accounts and the exploitation of faults.

To tell you about offers, where you have agreed to hear from us. You can stop that at any time without closing your account.

Who else sees it

Our payment provider, to move money to and from your mobile money account.

The providers of the games you play, to run and settle a round.

Our regulator, and law enforcement, where we are required to disclose.

We do not sell your details.

How long we keep it

For as long as you hold an account, and afterwards for as long as gambling and financial-record rules require — which is a period of years, not months, and applies even to a closed account.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Contact support to make a request.

Where you gave consent — to marketing, for instance — you can withdraw it at any time.

Storage in your browser

Signing in stores a token in your browser so you stay signed in; “Keep me logged in” is the difference between storage that survives closing the tab and storage that does not. Your avatar choice is stored the same way.

Clearing your browser storage signs you out and returns those preferences to their defaults. It does not affect your account or your balance.
