Responsible Gaming
Keeping play within your limits, and where to get help.
Last updated 28 Aug 2026
Betting is entertainment, not income
The odds mean the house wins over time. Treat what you stake as the price of the entertainment, not as money you expect back, and never stake what you need for anything else.
Signs worth taking seriously
Betting more than you meant to, or for longer than you meant to.
Betting to win back what you have lost.
Borrowing money to bet, or betting money set aside for something else.
Hiding your betting from the people close to you, or betting to escape stress or low mood.
Staying in control
Decide what you will stake before you start, and stop when you reach it.
Set a time limit as well as a money limit — long sessions are where the decisions get worse.
Never chase a loss. The next bet is not more likely to win because the last one lost.
Take regular breaks, and do not bet while drinking or upset.
Taking a break, or stopping
Contact support to have your account suspended for a period, or closed for good. A closure at your request is honoured, and we will not market to you afterwards.
While an account is suspended you cannot deposit or bet. Any withdrawable balance is paid out to your registered mobile money number.
Where to get help
No one under 18 may hold an account or bet on this service.
If gambling is causing you harm, talk to someone: your doctor, a counsellor, or a gambling support service in your country. Support is confidential and it is free.
