Terms and Conditions

The agreement between you and Betsare.

Last updated 28 Aug 2026

1. The agreement

These terms govern your use of Betsare. By opening an account, placing a bet or funding your wallet you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

We may change these terms — to follow a change in the law, our licence, or how the product works. The date at the foot of this page is when the current version took effect, and continuing to use your account after a change means you accept the revised terms.

2. Who may hold an account

You must be at least 18 years old, be legally allowed to gamble where you are, and be acting for yourself. Accounts opened for someone else, or on behalf of a business, are not permitted.

One person, one account. Where we find duplicate accounts we may close the extras and consolidate the balances into the first.

You must give us true details and keep them current. We may ask you to prove your identity, your age, your address or the source of your funds at any time, and may hold activity on the account until you do.

3. Your account and your security

Your account is reached with your mobile number and your password, and you are responsible for everything done with them. Keep your password to yourself, change it if you think someone else knows it, and tell us straight away if you believe your account has been used without you.

We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe it has been used for fraud, money laundering, collusion, the exploitation of a fault in the product, or any other breach of these terms.

4. Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits are made by mobile money from a number registered to you. The minimum deposit is 10 and the minimum withdrawal is 100, both in the currency your wallet is held in.

A deposit is credited when the payment provider confirms it. If money leaves your mobile money account and your balance does not move, use “Deposit unsuccessful?” on your profile with the code from the payment message, or contact support.

Withdrawals are paid to the mobile money number on your account. We may hold a withdrawal while we complete identity or source-of-funds checks, or where the balance includes funds that have not met a bonus requirement.

We do not pay interest on balances, and your wallet is not a savings or payment account. It exists to fund play on this service.

5. Bets and settlement

A bet is accepted when it is confirmed on screen and shown in your history. Until then it has not been placed.

Bets are settled against the result the game or the official source reports. Where a bet is accepted at an obviously wrong price, on a market that should have been closed, or through a technical fault, we may void it and return the stake.

If a round is interrupted by a fault, the round is voided and stakes are returned. Nothing in a voided round counts towards a bonus requirement.

6. Bonuses and free plays

Bonus funds are not cash. They are held apart from your withdrawable balance, they carry the wagering requirement stated when they are awarded, and they convert to cash only once that requirement is met.

Bonuses are for ordinary play. Where a bonus is claimed through duplicate accounts, or played in a pattern designed to draw down the bonus without real risk, we may withdraw the bonus and any winnings from it.

Every offer runs to its own published terms; where an offer's terms and these terms disagree, the offer's terms apply to that offer.

7. Closing your account

You can close your account at any time by contacting support. We will pay out any withdrawable balance to your registered mobile money number, less anything we are required to hold.

We may close an account by giving you notice. Where we do, your withdrawable balance is returned to you; bonus funds that have not met their requirement are forfeited.

8. Complaints

Contact support first — most questions about a settled bet or a missing payment are answered from the record on your account. Tell us what happened, when, and the transaction or bet reference.

If we cannot resolve it between us, you may refer the complaint to our licensing regulator.

9. Limits of our responsibility

The service is provided as it stands. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, and we are not responsible for a device, a network or a payment provider outside our control.

Nothing here limits any responsibility that cannot be limited by law.
